1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees and Cost Details
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:
- Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above, including AUD 99.99, qualify for free shipping.
- Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 11.99.
All applicable taxes and mandatory charges are included in the product prices displayed at checkout. No additional fees are required.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Order processing is calculated based on business hours:
- Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders placed on non-working days will begin processing on the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once order details are confirmed, order processing and shipment preparation are typically completed within 1–3 business days.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 5–8 business days from the date of shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other uncontrollable factors.
6. Shipping Carriers
Based on the specific order requirements, we select an appropriate shipping carrier. Commonly used carriers include:
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
- Australia Post
7. Order Tracking
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and shipping carrier information. You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the current order status.
8. Shipping Responsibility Statement
The following responsibilities apply during the shipping process:
- Product damage or loss: If your item is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly after receipt and provide relevant photos or explanations so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Shipping modifications and cancellations: Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted before shipment. Requests made after shipment may not be accepted.
- Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete address details may affect delivery progress.
9. Delivery Acceptance Notes
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If any damage, abnormalities, or visible issues are observed, we recommend documenting the condition at the time of receipt and contacting us as soon as possible for assistance.
